Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At CraneWise Learning, we value the trust families place in us and strive to provide high-quality tutoring and academic services. We understand that sometimes schedules or circumstances change, and we aim to handle refunds fairly and transparently.

1. Session Cancellations

  • Student Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or credited toward a future session.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of emergency (at our discretion).

  • Tutor Cancellations:

    • If CraneWise Learning cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

2. Prepaid Packages

  • Prepaid tutoring packages are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided that no sessions from the package have been used.

  • Once sessions from a prepaid package have begun, refunds will be issued only for unused sessions, less a 10% administrative fee.

3. No-Shows

  • Students who do not attend a scheduled session without notice (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

4. Digital Materials and Online Courses

  • Digital materials, resources, or online course fees are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • We understand that unexpected life events can occur. Refund requests outside of this policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be made at the discretion of CraneWise Learning.
